Both of the Bariles share a deep passion for helping young artists establish themselves to the point where they can make a consequential living from touring and making music — no mean feat in an industry mired in streaming outlets and social media where breaking through the ocean of music constantly being released is more difficult than it has ever been. “The way the music business has changed due to the Internet, it’s hard for new artists to get a leg up,” says Casey. The clear vision of Cobblestone Road Entertainment is to nurture emerging talent and give young artists that chance to grow organically with financial backing imbued with in integrity, decency and an honest vision toward meaningful musical success.

Mike Kraski

General Manager

For more than 30 years, Mike Kraski has been at the forefront of the music business. He is the epitome of what is known as an “industry veteran.” Kraski began his career at CBS Records and eventually made his way to Sony Music Nashville, where he rose in ranks to become its Executive Vice President and General Manager. 

Since 2003, Kraski has helmed various independent record labels, including Equity Records where he launched the career of Little Big Town, as well as artist management, artist development and music publishing companies. He was named General Manager of Cobblestone Road Entertainment in February of 2025. 

Mike Green

Technology Specialist
Mike Green’s fascination with technology began 55 years ago, reading his uncle’s back-issues of Popular Electronics as a kid. Synthesizers, computers, recording consoles, video editing systems and band equipment were his world.

He has spent the past 40 years working in broadcast operations, video & film post-production, recording studios, corporate television and digital imaging.
